Language Access Plan

EOIR is committed to providing meaningful access to its services to all with business before the agency, including people with LEP. In fiscal year 2023, EOIR budgeted over 63 million dollars to provide language access for LEP persons. The following is a summary of EOIR’s efforts to provide language access to persons with LEP.
