Immigration judges have authority to administer the Oath of Allegiance in administrative naturalization ceremonies conducted by DHS. 8 C.F.R. § 1337.2. Requests for an immigration judge to preside over a naturalization ceremony should be made to the Office of Policy or the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge. See Appendix A (Directory).
