The following sample criminal history chart is provided for general guidance. A party submitting a criminal history chart should attach all pertinent documentation. Prior to submitting any filings, parties are expected to have reviewed the pertinent regulations, as well as ICPM, Chapter 3 (Filing with the Immigration Court), BIA PM, Chapter 3 (Filing with the BIA).
