A Prosecutor’s Stand: A guide for law enforcement is designed to help law enforcement representatives facilitate discussions and training sessions in conjunction with screenings of the 24-minute Not In Our Town film A Prosecutor's Stand. The guide provides discussion questions for use in internal agency trainings and community screenings, as well as a hate crimes fact sheet and a list of supplemental resources. Used together, the film and guide can help agencies work to prevent hate crimes, improve hate crime reporting, enhance investigations and prosecutions, and support victims.
