Encouraging Reporting and Supporting Victims of Hate Crimes and Incidents: State-Run Hotlines

The Department of Justice awarded the state of California over a million dollars to expand community awareness of a statewide non-emergency hotline for victims of hate incidents and crimes launched in May 2023.
