  • Litigation Considerations: The Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit holds that "[b]ecause [requester] fails to identify any basis for reversal, [the court] affirm[s] the district court's order dismissing [requester's] complaint with prejudice for failure to state a claim." The court relates that "[i]n the absence of any assertion that the district court's reasoning was flawed, [the court] find[s] this argument inadequately briefed and decline[s] to address it."
