  • Exemption 3:  The court holds that "[g]rand jury testimony is quintessentially Exemption 3 material because it is 'protected from disclosure by Rule 6(e).'"  "Therefore, EOUSA, having properly invoked Exemption 3, is entitled to judgment as a matter of law."
