Date

Okeayainneh v. DOJ, No. 20-0244, 2021 WL 2634662 (D.D.C. June 25, 2021) (Kollar-Kotelly, J.)

Re:  Request for records concerning plaintiff's criminal case

Disposition:  Granting remainder of defendant's motion for summary judgment

Litigation Considerations, Adequacy of Search:  The court previously granted in part and denied in part without prejudice defendant's motion for summary judgment after "identify[ing] a discrepancy between the number of pages BOP’s searches yielded and the number of pages for which it has accounted in [defendant's previous] motion."  The court now finds that "[n]ow that BOP has accounted for the 48 pages of records [it] located, there remains no issue for the Court to resolve."
