National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Observance

Mr. William Kellibrew, activist for victim rights, observes a moment of silence in memory of victims. William Kellibrew, who shared his personal story of tragedy now champions a collective, coordinated, and proactive approach to breaking the cycle of violence and poverty.
