Ms. Veronica Hall-Thompson serves as the Office on Violence Against Women Budget Officer. In this capacity, Ms. Hall-Thompson is responsible for the financial leadership of OVW’s budget of more than $500 million from formulation, through execution, monitoring and oversight. Additionally, Ms. Hall-Thompson is responsible for overseeing all OVW disbursements and accountability processes, as well as management and coordination of OVW planning, budgeting, and analysis.
Prior to joining OVW, Ms. Hall-Thompson served as a Senior Budget Analyst for the Department of Justice’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Budget Oversight Group. In that role, she was responsible for overseeing daily operations and reporting for the Justice Information Sharing Technology Fund. Ms. Hall-Thompson also previously worked as an Accountant for OCIO-Financial Oversight Group.
