Human Trafficking

The U.S. Attorney’s Office prosecutes crimes in violation of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 and the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015 (JVTA).  The U.S. Attorney's Office and federal investigative agencies often investigate crimes in collaboration with state and local law enforcement as well as the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and each of the 11 District Attorney's Offices throughout the Commonwealth.

If you have knowledge of a person(s) being trafficked, please call the main number of the U.S. Attorney’s Office and ask to speak to the duty attorney. You may also contact the following federal investigative agencies.
