U.S. v. Steven Waithe

On Wednesday, April 7, 2021, Steven Waithe was arrested and charged in federal court in Boston with one count of cyberstalking and one count of wire fraud. Waithe was subsequently charged in a 15-count indictment on Nov. 30, 2021 with 12 counts of wire fraud, one count of cyberstalking, one count of conspiracy to commit computer fraud and one count of computer fraud, aiding and abetting.

Nov. 30, 2021 - The defendant was charged in a 15-count indictment.
May 19, 2021 - The defendant was released by the Court on conditions.
April 7, 2021 - Waithe was arrested and charged by criminal complaint. Waithe was detained following an initial appearance in the Northern District of Illinois. Waithe was transported to the District of Massachusetts for an initial appearance in federal court in Boston on May 3, 2021.
