Harold McDonough

Mr. McDonough was sworn in as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee in January 1982. He is currently the Deputy Criminal Chief for Narcotics.

Prior to coming to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nashville for approximately 10 years from 1971 to 1982. During that time, he served as an Assistant in Criminal Court where he prosecuted a wide array of felony cases, including murder, drug trafficking, burglary and robbery.

Mr. McDonough was licensed to practice law in 1971 after receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee School of Law.
