Bangor Resident Pleads Guilty to Maintaining a Drug Involved Premises

Bangor, Maine:  United States Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty II announced that Daniel Lyons, 42, of Bangor pleaded guilty today U.S. District Court to maintaining a drug involved premises. 

According to court records, in 2014, the defendant maintained a residence on Essex Street in Bangor where he allowed dealers to store and sell heroin to customers on a daily basis and for which he was compensated in heroin. 
     
The defendant faces up to 20 years in prison, a $500,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
     
The case was investigated by the U.S Drug Enforcement Administration and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
