Peter Bilardello, a former Cobb County Deputy Sheriff assigned to the agency’s Sex Offender Unit, has been sentenced to federal prison for distributing child pornography online after entering a guilty plea to the charge in August 2022.
Stacy Keith Wisener, a repeat sex offender, has been sentenced to three decades in federal prison for sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl and producing child pornography depicting the abuse. Wisener also received a concurrent term of imprisonment for possessing mail he had stolen from the U.S. Postal Service processing facility where he worked.
Bryan David Somers has been sentenced to 12 years and six months in prison for the receipt and distribution of child pornography. Prior to his arrest, Somers was an EMT and a substitute teacher at a local elementary school.
Jonathan Blane Allred, who was previously convicted of possession of child pornography and used his email and Dropbox accounts to download hundreds of sexually explicit images of children, has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography. Images and videos of children as young as six years old, engaged in sexually explicit conduct, were among the items confiscated.
Michael Stephen Autry has been sentenced for his role in organizing online groups where men posted child pornography. Autry created a group on an internet site that encouraged participants to “share pictures and videos of all things taboo,” including incest.
Emanuel Gray has been sentenced to prison for producing child pornography and cyberstalking two teenage girls he met online. After the girls broke off communications with him, Gray coerced them into sending sexually explicit photos and videos, and then retaliated against them when they refused to send him more.
Daniel Deocampo, a former professor and dean at Georgia State University (“GSU”), has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography. Images and videos of children as young as five years old, engaged in sexually explicit conduct, were among the items confiscated.
Nathaniel Barber has been sentenced to prison for trying to leave the country with a cell phone and a tablet containing more than 100 files of child pornography. Barber belonged to an online group that shared videos and photographs of child pornography.
