The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa is asking people who purchased organic grain or other products produced with organic grain that was sold through Jericho Solutions between 2010 and 2017 to contact the office.

Anyone who was victimized by these crimes has the right to submit a Victim Impact Statement (or letter) during the sentencing phase to explain how the crime(s) affected you.  Such a statement is completely voluntary.  Victim Impact includes physical, emotional, and financial loss.  We are asking that you complete this statement as it relates to these defendants and mail it to: Holly Elliott, Victim Coordinator, U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Iowa, 111 7th Ave SE, Box 1, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401 or email to holly.elliott@usdoj.gov.  Although statements will be accepted up until the time of sentencing, victims are encouraged to submit their statements as soon as possible.
