Pennsylvania Man Convicted Of Selling Cocaine In Bridgeport

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA – Mario Walton, a 33 year old Homewood, Pennsylvania native, pled guilty this week to selling crack cocaine in Bridgeport, West Virginia, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced today.

Walton faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.00.

An investigation by the Greater Harrison County Drug and Violent Crime Task Force led to the prosecution of Walton. Assistant U.S. Attorney Zelda Wesley is prosecuting the case on behalf of the government.

U.S. Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull presided.
