Stephen G. Dambruch
Stephen G. Dambruch, Chief, Criminal Division. Mr. Dambruch received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and law degree from Boston College Law School. From 1987 until 2004 he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Rhode Island, prosecuting major felony and narcotics cases. Mr. Dambruch then joined the United States Attorney's Office in 2004, where he has worked on both narcotics and public corruption matters. In 2006, the Department of Justice sent Mr. Dambruch on a ten-month detail to Baghdad, Iraq, during which he provided legal assistance and advice to the Iraqi High Tribunal in their investigation and prosecution of members of the former Baathist regime.
