If you have not been interviewed by an agent from IRS-CI or the FBI and you believe you are a victim of the offense, please contact the FBI office in Traverse City at (231) 946-7201 and advise that you wish to file a report concerning the Bolhuis case.  You will be asked to provide your name, address, the reason you believe you are a victim, the amount of money you believe you invested and/or lost in the scheme, and other detailed information.  More information will be provided to you as it becomes available.

Court Events

When court dates are scheduled, this website will be updated to provide you with the date, time, and location of the hearings.  Additionally, all persons who have been identified as possible victims in the case will automatically receive, at no cost, notice of court events and the outcome of certain events through the automated Victim Notification Service (VNS).  The Court will determine at sentencing who is a victim of the offense, whether restitution should be ordered, and the amount of any restitution to be ordered.
