U.S. Attorney Stanton Participates in Violence Prevention Forum

In late June, U.S. Attorney Stanton participated in a Violence Prevention Forum panel at Methodist North Hospital. The panel also featured “Uncle” Joe Hunter, founder of G.A.N.G. Inc.; DeAndre D. Brown Sr., Executive Director of Lifeline to Success; and Antonio Parkinson, Tennessee State Representative. The panel was moderated by Methodist North CEO Gyasi Chisley. During the discussion, panelists spoke about their agencies’ efforts to combat local violence and revealed ways the community can assist with crime prevention.
