Jury Trial is set for 11/28/2011 at 09:00 AM for the defendants John Earl Griffin and Brad Eugene Lowe.

The public is reminded that the Indictment against the defendants contains only allegations, and that all defendants must be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

9/15/2011 A grand jury in Seattle, Washington, has indicted   Joshuah Witt, Brad Lowe and John Griffin, for Conspiracy to Intentionally Access a Protected Computer Without Authorization With Intent to Defraud, Intentionally Causing and Attempting to Cause Damage to a Protected Computer and Thereby Causing Loss in Excess of $5,000.00, Accessing a Protected Computer without Authorization to Further Fraud, Access Device Fraud, and Aggravated Identity Theft.
