Between April 22, 2013 and August 19, 2013, an undercover officer purchased heroin and crack cocaine from Greer on eight separate occasions.  The defendant’s relevant drug conduct involved 30 grams of crack cocaine and 17 grams of heroin.  This is the defendant’s second felony drug conviction.

The charge against Greer was the result of an investigation conducted by the Dane County Narcotics Task Force and Drug Enforcement Administration.  The prosecution of the case has been handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney David J. Reinhard.
