Madison, Wis. - John W. Vaudreuil, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Brandon Vetterneck, 37, and Lois Vetterneck, 54, both of Lac du Flambeau, Wis., pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court in Madison to distributing Oxycodone.  Brandon Vetterneck is the son of Lois Vetterneck.

In April 2013, two confidential informants separately purchased, on three occasions, Oxycodone from Brandon Vetterneck and Lois Vetterneck at their residence.

U.S. District Judge Barbara B. Crabb scheduled sentencing for Brandon Vetterneck on May 30, 2014, at 1:20 p.m., and for Lois Vetterneck on June 10, 2014, at 1:00 p.m.  They both face maximum penalties of 20 years in prison and three years of supervised release.

The charges against Brandon Vetterneck and Lois Vetterneck are the result of an investigation conducted by the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation; Lac du Flambeau Police Department; and the Vilas and Oneida County Sheriffs’ Departments.  The prosecution of this case has been assigned to Assistant U.S. Attorney Rita M.
