Judge James K. Bredar yesterday sentenced Elias Nick Costianes, age 44, formerly of Nottingham, Maryland, to 24 months in prison, followed by two years of supervised release, after Costianes’s plea of guilty to possession of firearms and ammunition by an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
