The Test Analysis Approval Determination (TAAD) form is completed immediately following the completion of testing (for all testing levels above the Integration test) for software to be delivered to the DOJ. This form briefly summarizes the perceived readiness by the test engineer for delivery of the software to the next test phase. In the case of User Acceptance Test, it serves as the use's recommendation for fielding the software release or migration to production. The TAAD form for non-mainframe applications and mainframe migration is attached.
The TAAD is to be initiated by the T&E organization and addressed to the DOJ Manager. The form is signed by the responsible test engineer and supervisor. The DOJ Manager signs the form signifying receipt from the test organization and is then attached to the test analysis report (see Appendix C-28 Test Analysis Report).
