3 These offices are in the process of automating Privacy Act statistical data. Accordingly, discrepancies exist between the unprocessed requests on hand as of December 31, 1985 (and reported in the calendar year 1985 report), and the unprocessed requests on hand as of January 1, 1986. The discrepancies will continue to exist until the manual systems can be fully converted to automated systems and differences reconciled, thereby assuring the accuracy of future reporting. The date by which complete conversion and reconciliation will be accomplished cannot be determined at this time.
