2 Full conversion to an automated database, together with the conduct of a thorough audit, revealed discrepancies between the unprocessed requests on hand as of December 31, 1989 (and reported in the calendar year 1989 report), and the unprocessed requests on hand as of January 1, 1990. It is believed that the report error was due to complications encountered during the conversion process.
