WASHINGTON, D.C. - Joel I. Klein, Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Department's Antitrust Division, will hold a briefing to answer questions on the Department's proposed remedy in the Microsoft case on Friday, April 28, 4:30 p.m., in room 3109 of the Main Justice Building.

There will be network pool camera coverage. Set up for the network pool camera crew and reporters interested in covering the briefing may begin at 3:30 p.m. Reporters should enter the Department at the Pennsylvania Avenue entrance between Ninth and Tenth Streets.
A copy of the Department's proposed remedy and memorandum in support of the remedy can be found at the Antitrust Division's web site shortly after 4:01 p.m. Additional supporting documents will be posted on the Division's web site as soon after that time as possible. The web site address is:
