Lancaster Man Charged With Bank Robbery
Dennis Lamont Miller, 40, of Lancaster, PA, was charged today by Indictment with bank robbery, for the September 26, 2011 robbery of the PNC Bank branch located at 525 Greenfield Road, East Lampeter Township, Pennsylvania, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 20 years.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the East Lampeter Township Police Department, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Mark S. Miller.
