Dear Mr. Zwick:
I write on the subject of the "Sept. 11 Victim Compensation Fund." It outrages me to find it necessary to urge the Government of the United States to treat all it's citizens equally. Compensation must be available to all victims of the attack including the partners and non-biological children of gay and lesbian victims.
