Re: Compensation for the victims of 9/1101

Mr. Kenneth L. Zwick, Director

My daughter           husband,          ,Jr. was killed or should I say murdered on Sept. 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center. He worked for            . was a loving, caring husband and father to his wife and two children,           12 years old and           10 years old. He gave his all to his community of Woodcliff Lake, NJ.           could never turn down anyone when they asked for his help.           was always there when he was needed. He never gave a thought to his own needs. Now he is gone forever. Never to see his girls graduate high school, college, marry or have grandchildren. And they will never have the pleasure of seeing their father at these wonderful occasions in their lives.

This will be a very sad Christmas for his family. Almost too much for them to bear without him by their side.           &           were married 18 yrs they were the traditional American family. I have heard that the compensation package offered by the government will be determined by the amount of life insurance my daughter receives. I feel as she does. They paid life insurance for 18 years. This was not funded by the US government. The government should not consider that as part of the compensation package. Billions of the American peoples tax dollars are sent to foreign countries year after year but when comes to our own you start to count the pennies. Shame on you! Remember the old saying "Charity begins at Home." This country better start thinking of its own people who work hard and are taxed to death so their hard earned money can fund some of the same countries that killed my son-in-law.

Sincerely,
