Dear Sir and Madam,
I am outraged that gay survivors and gay partners of victims of the horrible 9/11 terrorist acts will not be receiving benefits as all other groups will. Why? Illegal aliens and fetuses will be , but not partners of some of the gay hero's? What's wrong with this picture. Reconsider your mis-guided and discriminatory rulings.
