discrimination against gays/lesbians after 9/11
Dear Sir/Madam
I am prfoundly shocked to read that the partners of
gay and lesbian heroes of September 11 will not
necessarily receive the same benefits as the spouses
of heterosexual victims of the event. Why on earth
not? Somone lost the one they love--what possible
difference could it possibly make what sexual
orientation they have? Please reply to reassure me
that this cannot be true!!
