Non-Married and Gays & Lesbians Victim Compensation
I find it horrific that in addition to the loss of someone's beloved in the
terrorist attacks against Americans on September 11 that same sex partners
will again be victimized by our own government.
The decision to "defer to the states for victim compensation" is repugnant,
despicable and indefensible. I am ashamed to be an American.
This sounds like something muslim extremists would do.
I hope that each and every individual rightly entitled to these benefits who
are essentially barred according to the government's ruling file suit and
petition for class action status against the airline industry, the airports,
the FAA, the federal government, the security companies at the subject
airports and anyone else remotely involved in this despicable act to ensure
justice is served.
