The powers that be made sure the airlines will survive, the city of New
York will rest comfortably with the knowledge they can not be sued, because
the victims families will be paying for it with the victims life
insurance. The figures published by the board are misleading and should
reflect in bold print the deductions so that the American people can see how
little we are really getting. This must be the first time in American
history that a basic freedom is taken away from it's people. By capping the
amount of an award one can sue for you leave no real recourse but to accept
the fund.
Equally as dispicable is the fact that you can not find out how much the
fund will give you unless you commit to it! It's like taking a walk with a
blind fold on.
Please consider how unjust these rules are, we will carry the burden of
this unjust attack for the rest of our lifes, we should not have to carry
any unjust financial ones.
