1. You need to allow separate claims for divorced families separate from
the victims new spouse.
The current spouse is recipient of much and the previous family very little.
It will interfere with the payout of the children from first marriage if the
new spouse is on the claim.
Under these circumstances you need to allow a second claim for the first
family which in most cases had the longer relationship to the victim anyway.
2. You need to be cognizant of the new spouse receiving millions and the
children of first marriage with little compensation. You need to do
deductions for equality.
