
SIX ARRESTED ON METH RELATED CHARGES
Little Rock - Christopher R. Thyer, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, announced today that Jorge Rojas Olivera, age 27; Steve Marroquin, age 50; Jose A. Villareal, age 23; Maynor Efren Bravo-Fuentes, age 46; Juana Patricia Bamac-Perez, age 32; and Eddy Boche, age 25, were arrested this morning on a federal complaint for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The arrests were made this morning at approximately 6:00 a.m. All were arrested in Batesville, Arkansas except for Boche who was arrested in Berryville, Arkansas. All will have an initial appearance at 2:00 p.m. before United States Magistrate Judge Jerome T. Kearney today.
In addition to the arrests, four search warrants were issued for three addresses in Batesville, Arkansas and one address in Bradford, Arkansas.
The investigation is on-going. Arrests and search warrants were executed by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Little Rock District office, North Little Rock Police Department, Independence County Sheriff’s Department, Arkansas State Police, 16th Judicial Drug Task Force, 16th Judicial Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and the Central Arkansas Drug Task Force. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stephanie Mazzanti.

PWID - Not more than 20 years incarceration in the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) with a possible fine of up to $1 million and not less than 3 years supervised release
PWID/Conspiracy 50 grams - Not less than 5 years to Not more than 40 years BOP; fine of up to $5 million and not less than 4 years supervised release
PWID/Conspiracy 500 grams - Not less than 10 years to Not more than Life BOP; fine of up to $10 million and not less than 5 years supervised release
