Statement by U.S. Attorney Troy Eid regarding DNC/ACLU decision

U.S. District Court Judge Marcia S. Krieger today issued an opinion denying the ACLU and other Plaintiffs' request for injunctive relief regarding the Democratic National Convention (DNC).  Below is a statement by U.S. Attorney Troy Eid regarding today’s decision:

“The Judge's ruling honors the First Amendment while protecting  the people of Colorado and our guests,” said United States Attorney Troy Eid.
