MONGOLS OUTLAW MOTORCYCLE GANG DENVER UPDATE
All of the defendants charged in Colorado, except one, have been arrested or were already in custody. Those arrested or already in custody include:

The defendant who is at large and wanted by the ATF is:
Steven Gonzales, age 40, of Denver, FUGITIVE
Thirteen defendants were arrested or were in custody yesterday. With one exception, those who did not make their initial appearance yesterday are being brought to U.S. District Court in Denver today, where they will be advised of the charges pending against them. One defendant will be taken to court after a medical condition is resolved. Writs for those already in custody to transfer them from state to federal custody will be issued at a later date. John Bertolucci will have his detention hearing at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2008, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Boyd N. Boland. The other defendants who were arrested yesterday will face detention hearings on Monday, October 27, 2008, starting at 10:00 a.m. before U.S. Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix.
