STATEMENT BY U.S. ATTORNEY TROY EID REGRADING THE CONFIRMATION OF PHIL BRIMMER AS U.S. DISTRICT COURT JUDGE IN COLORADO

"Senators Allard and Salazar could not have done better for Colorado than championing Judges Brimmer and Arguello for the U.S. District Court," said U.S. Attorney Troy Eid. 

"I've worked closely with both - justice is in good hands.  For Colorado's US Attorney's Office, we believe this is the first time since 1922 that a prosecutor has gone directly from our office to the federal bench."
