JASON KAY PLEADS GUILTY TO REMOVAL AND ALTERING OF A FOOD LABEL

DENVER – Jason Kay pled guilty today, February 19, 2010, to a one count Information charging him with Adulteration and Removal of the Label of a Food While Held for Sale. The guilty plea was tendered before U.S. Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix. Kay is scheduled to be sentenced for his conduct on May 3, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. by Magistrate Judge Mix.
