BROOKS KELLOGG PLEADS GUILTY TO TRAVEL IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE WITH INTENT TO COMMIT MURDER FOR HIRE


DENVER –Brooks Kellogg, age 72, of Chicago, Illinois, pled guilty today before U.S. District Court Judge Christine M. Arguello to one count of traveling in interstate commerce with intent to commit murder for hire. He is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Arguello on June 30, 2011. Kellogg remains in federal custody.
