Ft. Hall Man Sentenced to Probation for Distributing Methamphetamine

POCATELLO – Duncan D. Tendoy, 48, of Fort Hall, Idaho, was sentenced in federal court today to three years probation for distribution of methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill ordered electronic monitoring for a period of six months. Tendoy pleaded guilty to the charge on February 3, 2012.

According to the plea agreement, on July 27, 2011, Tendoy arranged with an individual to to sell him one gram of methamphetamine for $120. The sale took place at a parking lot located on the Ft. Hall reservation. Tendoy admitted that he knew the substance he sold was methamphetamine or some other prohibited drug.

The case was investigated by Fort Hall Police.
