
Kingman Man Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Charge

WICHITA, KAN. – Austin Alan Ray, 20, Kingman, Kan., has pleaded guilty to one count of receiving child pornography, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said today.
Ray admitted that between Oct. 14, 2010, and Oct. 27, 2010, he received child pornography via computer.
Sentencing is set for Nov. 8. He faces a penalty of not less than five years and not more than 20 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000.
Grissom commended Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason Hart for their work on the case.
