SEBANIA ICAL-ICAL, age 26, a citizen of Guatemala, was charged in a two-count indictment by a Federal Grand Jury for making a false statement in a passport application and for misuse of a social security number, announced U. S. Attorney Jim Letten.

Also according to court documents ICAL falsely represented that a social security number was assigned to him, in order to obtain a U.S. passport, when in fact the social security number had not been assigned to him.
