Baltimore, Maryland - A federal grand jury has returned a superseding indictment charging Dale Langston, age 21, of Baltimore County, of conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery and interfering with commerce by robbery, in connection with a drug purchase. Langston’s co-defendants, Antoine Manning, age 26; Dennis Morris, age 25; and Scott Snyder, age 25, all of Baltimore, were charged in the original indictment, which was returned on September 10, 2009, and face the same charges.

The indictment was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. According to the three count indictment, on July 20, 2006, the defendants used physical force to rob the victim, Zachary Miller, in Baltimore County, of cash he had brought to purchase marijuana. The indictment further alleges that on August 1, 2006, Manning and Snyder illegally possessed a gun, specifically a Rossi .357 caliber pistol.

According to news reports, the body of Zachary Miller was recovered from a roof vent at Riverview Elementary School on August 2, 2006. The investigation into Miller’s death is ongoing.
