
Former contractor sentenced on marijuana charges

St. Louis, MO - RODNEY TATE of St. Louis was sentenced to 34 months for possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Tate, who was convicted in 2006 of a million-dollar mortgage fraud scheme, had his supervision revoked in that case and was sentenced on a new drug charge filed earlier this year to a total of 34 months imprisonment.
This case was investigated by the Maryland Heights Police Department. Tom Albus handled the case for the United States Attorney’s Office.
