Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that on October 7, 2009, in Great Falls, after a 3-day federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, COLLEEN K. BARNARD, a 54-year-old resident of Saco, was found not guilty.

BARNARD had been charged with mail fraud and federal program fraud/falsifying a material fact.
