Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that on October 21, 2009, in Great Falls, after a federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, GREGORY BRAY, a 43-year-old resident of Box Elder, was found not guilty.

BRAY had been charged with attempted aggravated sexual abuse and abusive sexual contact.
