Wayne Richard Heuring Pleads Guilty in U.S. Federal Court

The United States Attorney's Office announced that during a federal court session in Billings, on September 7, 2010, before U.S. Chief District Judge Richard F. Cebull, WAYNE RICHARD HEURING, a 51-year-old resident of Billings, pled guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribute cocaine. Sentencing has been set for December 15, 2010. He is currently detained.

At sentencing, HEURING faces possible penalties of 10 years to life in prison, a $4,000,000 fine and 5 years supervised release.

The investigation was conducted by a cooperative effort between the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Montana Division of Criminal Investigation.
